Welcome to my soccer page. In the theme of whats been going on in Womens Soccer, I will give you a little info about whats been up. In the semi-finals China defeted Norway 5 to 0. Also USA defeted Brazil 2 to 0. Today, in the final game USA defeted China in a shoot out. Here are some details on the game: nothing went on in the first half mainly due to the outstanding defenses of both teams. In the second half, it went the same way. I must say that the defenses were awsome for both teams. The offense also did a good job. Durring the second overtime China seemed to be getting a little tired. But still the game ended with no score. In the shoot out the 3rd shot from China was blocked by Briana Scurry, the USA goalkeeper. In the end it came down to Brandi Chastaine making her shot and naturally she did. The game was wonderful and had me on my seat the entire time. Congrats to the USA team!! Good work guys! Here are the final standings.
1st place:USA 2nd place: China 3rd place: Brazil and 4th place: Norway. 
The Brazil Norway game ended in the same way that the final game went, but over all was not as intense. Special congrats to all the teams who have played:Austraila, Japan, North Korea, Denmark, Brazil, Nigeria, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Canada, Norway, Sweeden, China, USA and Ghana. Sorry if I missed a team, but i am pretty sure I got um all.
